I discovered ButterScotch...

Never realized that what I have alway had in ice cream was 'artificial'... Just the though that what we put in the Christmas cake (the caramelized sugar) could easily mix with the languidly mixed butter to make butterscotch... And yes. It does NOT contain scotch. Alas! To think I found out when I was looking for a picture of a Croissant... Life I guess is all about getting lost...
