The 'Meat Masala' Phase Continues...

Peas, Spring onions and MDH Meat Masala. Just fry them .. Voila :)


Ingredients:
Peas (250gm with the shells)
Spring Onions (about 8 or 10 medium ones. Leaves and bulbs chopped separately)


Method:
Heat oil and toss in the minced bulbs. Fry till glassy.
Put in some Salt and MDH Meat Masala. ( I suspect Everest Chicken Masala will do the trick as well)
Fry on low flame till the onions are turning nice and brownish.
Put in the peas and stir to coat with the mixture. Cover and let cook.
Add the chopped spring onion leaves.
Cook till peas are cooked.
Serve with Rice/Chappatis/Bread.
